After you've placed your order at BlueWella.com you will be automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship your order. Please, notice that we ship orders within 24 hours. In case you made a mistake you must immediately call us or send us an e-mail with your changes. Please enclose your order number when contacting us regarding changes in your order.
We offer free 3-7 days budget worldwide shipping, but if you want to speed up the delivery you may change shipping method at additional charge.
Freight damage rarely occurs. If your order arrives with any visible damage be sure that the receiver is aware that:
They need to NOTATE damage on Delivery Receipt and REFUSE shipment.
If you are unable to inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, please write “Possible Concealed Damage” on the delivery ticket.
If driver has departed, you MUST report damage to us within 48 hrs. (Monday-Friday).
After 48 hrs., you will be responsible to file a claim with the freight carrier.
